How Shoreline leveraged AiSentr to streamline their data chaos
The Company
Shoreline is a bespoke vehicle design company based in Miami that specialises in crafting highly customised luxury vehicles. Their project lifecycles are notably long due to the intricate and precise nature of the work – often averaging 6 to 12 months. Given the complexity of vehicle development, each project involves the management of substantial volumes of technical data, pricing options, contracts, specifications, and performance metrics.
The Challenge
With a lean team of just seven people, the company doesn’t have the operational scale to justify investing in a full-scale ERP system. As a result, their documents are scattered across various formats and locations—including spreadsheets, PDFs, and email. This presents 3 key challenges:
#1 Finding specific information across various project stages is extremely difficult.
#2 As the customer facing team primarily focuses on design, this setup introduces a secondary layer of data between design and manufacturing teams, as manufacturing is not communicating with the customer directly, particularly around invoicing and order fulfilment.
#3 Despite the complexity, the business remained largely manual in its data storage and had yet to significantly leverage digital systems to streamline knowledge sharing and retrieval.
The Solution
By integrating AiSentr with Microsoft Teams, Selo made the required knowledge base accessible across the company. Team members can now get accurate answers quickly, without relying on the Product team for every query.
This has significantly reduced the burden on Martyn’s team, allowing them to focus on product development, while also enabling the customer service team to respond to prospect and client questions faster. The result is a more efficient workflow and an improved customer experience.

Over the past five months, the team has used it extensively, particularly within Quality Control, Billing, and Sales—saving significant time previously spent searching for information. By interacting with the platform in natural language, they’ve been able to retrieve critical data instantly, effectively using AiSentr as their de facto system of record.
What’s Next?
Shoreline is now looking to deploy AiSentr on their website to capture new sales leads by integrating with their CRM (Hubspot). They are also looking at integrating the AiSentr Assistant into Slack, which will allow the entire team to collaborate on a single platform.
